how to get certified?
We have a stringent vetting process that looks at a variety of criteria to approve applicants. The certification represents our highly recognized Brand’s standing in the Futuretech. All applicants must meet the approval threshold below. If they are found to meet our requirements, the honor system allows for direct certification.

You must have at least 1 year of verifiable recruting experience.
3 Social Media Posts On AI
You must have at least 1 year of verifiable recruting experience.
Personal Statement On Why You Qualify
You must provide us with a statement on why you think you are qualfied.
Your Current Linkedin Profile
You must provide us with a link to your linkedin profile for verfication.

So what is your process?
We do not have any courses quizes to take. What we do have is a stringent approval criteria. If you are found to meet our requirements, the honor system allows for direct certification.
Is there a fee?
* The certification and evluation of your candidact is free but there is a $12 processing fee to generate your certficate. If your application is not approved, the fee is refunded.
Do you teach recruiting?
No, the goal of the program is not to impart education. It is to build a cohort of recruiters with similar goals and aspirations.
Is there a quiz?
No quizzes. We beleive that a quiz doesnt really tell much about an applicant. In this day and age a quiz can be easily answered. We instead rely on your work experience.
When will I get my certificate?
It usually takes 7-10 days to get your certifacte. If you are found not to be qualified, we willl let you know and refund your processing fee.
How long is the certification valid?
The certification is valid for 1 year. After which you do not need to recertify but there is a small yearly fee to keep your credentials current.
